“Chats in the Flats is a storytelling project dedicated to preserving voices, stories and rich culture of working class communities. 'Sure, Isn't That Just Life?' brings together Brian Brannigan (singer, A Lazarus Soul), Willa White (comedian) and Anita Riley (TV personality) for a conversation about life's ups and downs. Through humour, honesty and lived experience, they'll share the moments that shaped them, the setbacks they overcame and the resilience that carried them through.”

MindField's public forum, where the weekend's most insightful conversations happen out in the open. Andrew Maxwell hosts the big panels — on America at 250, populism and the broligarchy — while ambassadors, journalists and campaigners take on Europe, Gaza, Amnesty and the housing crisis in between. Mornings open gently with Salon du Chat and the Human Library, where the books are people and the borrowing is a conversation. Come to listen, stay to disagree.
