Set against a winter in West Clare, it follows a filmmaker reconnecting with an old friend he hasn't seen in years. Kev caddies on the edge of a Trump-owned golf course and dreams of escaping to Florida, until his visa is denied. Over a few days their conversations drift between old memories, new beliefs and the fractures of the present, asking how strong shared memories must be to hold a friendship together when everything else is pulling apart. Colin Peppard is a director from Monaghan, based between Belfast and Dublin, whose work spans documentaries, music videos and commercials. Following the screening, he joins Donie O'Sullivan in conversation.”
